Virginia Beach, VA- Most accidents, even those involving commercial trucks, occur because of driver error. An error can be minor and not that consequential. A mistake can be reckless, meaning a car or truck operator is acting with little regard to the safety of others, and people can get hurt. Some truckers are lucky, and their recklessness only involves property damage, like a recent tractor-trailer crash in Virginia.
