The crash happened over the weekend in Nebraska in a construction zone on I-80 around 11:30 a.m., KSN.com reported. Police said the truck driver was driving at a high-rate of speed when he plowed into a minivan carrying a young married couple and their three children, aged two months to three years. The tractor-trailer and the minivan both burst into flames following the impact, killing all five occupants of a minivan. Police arrested the truck driver and charged him several counts including vehicular homicide because they said he was distracted when he rammed into the minivan.
