Mirys was killed and several other motorists were injured Because of this accident, the northbound lanes of 1-95 were closed for several hours.

This accident is still under investigation so the exact cause and whether Baranovich or other parties will face charges has not been determined.

When we speak of truck accidents, we often forget truck drivers can be victims, too, and they encounter the same challenges as any truck accident victim when trying to get an accident settlement. They have to prove who is at fault and to what extent.

Accidents like these happen frequently on the highways; passenger vehicles come to a sudden stop and the truck behind them can’t stop in time. It could be the fault of the passenger vehicle motorist, perhaps they were driving too fast for road conditions. It could be the fault of first truck driver, who could have been distracted or going too fast. Or, it could be the fault of a trucking company if mechanical failure was the primary cause.

The point is, truck accidents are really complex so unraveling the cause and who must take responsibility is not an easy task by any means. That is a task that should be left up to an experienced truck accident attorney. Only by pinpointing and holding all the liable parties accountable can a truck accident victim get the compensation they need to cover their medical bills.

Between their pain and suffering, the last thing a truck accident victim needs is to have to fight just to get the money they need to cover their medical bills. Accident victims don’t deserve to be undersold on their settlement nor should they have to go through the hassle of getting a fair settlement. When they have a North New Jersey truck accident attorney fighting for them, they don’t have to worry about paying their medical bills or taking care of their everyday expenses. Their legal team will use their skills and resources to craft an unbeatable injury claim.

If you or a loved one has been in truck accident, speak with an attorney as soon as you are able so you can decide how to best handle your case.
