A man from Hartford lost his life after being struck by a tractor trailer earlier this week as reported by patch.com. The deceased has been identified as 42 year old Pedro Rivera who was travelling in a northerly direction when he lost control of his car on Interstate 91 in the close proximity of exit 33.
